Do you ever hate those lucky people who could stuff everything and anything down without getting … well let’s face it… fat?
I know I do.
You can’t beat your genetics, but you certainly can work hard to remain healthy with exercise routines and the sacrifice of naughty (but yummy) foods. Why do yummy things always do more harm to you than good? It’s like a trap! I usually do OK until I see some petit wee girls stuffing triple chocolate cakes in the Cafe, then I would get very jealous. Why dad why? why couldn’t you give me the superpower genes of never-getting-fat?
